So I have been trying to make my own custom DIY roman shades for our guest room upstairs. My hold up? Time. I keep getting caught up in other projects and commitments. So in the mean time I thought I would share with all the image above of where I am at with it. I need to sew my lining (it is pinned and ready for that), sew my dowel pockets (again pinned and ready), and need to attach all the loops, cords, and pull. But hey the front is done thus far, for both panels!
Full DIY to come as soon as I am finished.
Love that fabric! Is it Schumaker? Making Roman Shades is quite the challenge! You go girl :) Can't wait to see the finished project.
